Baseus South Africa has implemented a hassle-free Returns Policy for all customers. Within the validity warranty period, customers are entitled to return, exchange, and replacement services in compliance with relevant regulations. All products carry a 7-day money back guarantee, and a 24-month warranty. Defective products will be replaced, provided it is within the warranty period.

7 Day Money-Back Policy

If for whatever reason you’re unsatisfied with your order, Baseus guarantees a 7-Day Money-Back policy. If non-quality problems arise within the 7-day validity period, customers shall be responsible for the booking of a courier as well as shipping costs of the return.

Returns Process

Step 1

Please email support@baseus.co.za and kindly include the following information:

  • Order Number(s)

  • Name of the product(s) you’d like to return

  • Reason for returning the product(s)

You may provide us with additional information in the form of photos and videos

Step 2

Kindly complete the Google Returns Form and return the form back to us.

*Please note that this step is mandatory for any refund or replacement to be processed

Step 3

Once we’ve received the item, we’ll issue a refund or replacement.

Defective Products

If the product is defective due to a factory fault within the 24-month warranty period, we'll arrange collection of the product.

Refunds

Please note that your refund will be credited back to your original payment method. In most cases, refunds reflect 7 business days, however, processing times may vary between banks.
