Returns & Refunds
We have a customers come first policy, if you are not completely satisfied, simply return the items to us in their original condition and packaging within 30 days of receipt and we will issue a full refund or exchange which can be used to place a new order.
The original packaging should be returned in an undamaged condition with the item, however, we accept opened, unsealed packages.
When does this policy not apply?
If the item is:
- older than 30 days
- missing any accessories
How to return an item?
Simply contact us via email on email@example.com with your return query and reason for return, we will then proceed with providing either an exchange or a full refund depending on the customer’s request.
